DOVE Interior Design

DOVE is a Cheshire-based interior design studio creating distinctive, highly considered homes throughout Cheshire, the North West and across the UK.

We specialise in whole-house interior design, substantial renovations and new-build homes, bringing together interior architecture, space planning, bespoke joinery, lighting, technology, furniture and finishing details to create homes that are as functional as they are beautiful.

Whole-house interior design

A successful home is about far more than how individual rooms look.

For larger-scale projects we consider the house as a whole, how spaces connect, how your family uses it and how every element works together. We develop cohesive interiors that create a sense of continuity throughout the home while giving each space its own character.

Our service can encompass everything from spatial planning and interior architecture to bespoke joinery, kitchens and bathrooms, lighting, technology, furniture, fabrics, artwork and accessories, as well as specialist spaces such as swimming pools and dedicated entertaining spaces.

Designed around the way you live

Every DOVE project begins with understanding our client.

How you live. How you entertain. What matters to you. What isn’t working. What you want your home to feel like.

We don’t impose a particular DOVE style. We create interiors that reflect the people who live there, combining our design expertise with your tastes, requirements and aspirations.

Our interiors are timeless rather than trend-led, considered rather than over-designed, and always deeply personal.

From concept to completion

Large-scale renovations require more than beautiful ideas. They require experience, organisation and a clear understanding of how every element of a project works together.

DOVE can provide a complete interior design service, from initial concept and spatial planning through to detailed design, specification, procurement and installation. We collaborate closely with architects, contractors, specialist suppliers and trusted trades so the design is carried through with the same care from beginning to end.

For clients who prefer a hands-off experience, we can manage the interior design process on your behalf, providing a seamless and discreet service throughout.

Our projects

From character properties and substantial renovations to contemporary new-builds and whole-house transformations, our portfolio demonstrates a commitment to interiors that are individual, sophisticated and built around real life.

Just wanted to say the lounge looks fantastic. Really pleased with it. Thank you again, your designs are truly inspirational.

We would highly recommend Dove. They’ve been great to work with and have given us exactly what we were looking for. From the first point of contact with them we felt reassured that they knew what we were looking for, listened to what we wanted and obviously had the experience to deliver what we needed. They are very thorough and really responsive and helpful when we’ve had additional questions or amends.

Brilliant small company with friendly advice and really imaginative vision. Our extended and remodelled house would not have been the same without them, both inside and out. We have had lots of compliments. Thank you, Derry and James

The design has the potential to not only preserve the character of the listed building, but also enhance it, which is a relatively rare thing.

DOVE took time to listen to our needs. We were very pleased with the end result and the extension has made our house a fantastic home. We would definitely recommend DOVE.

Knowledgable, friendly advice from Derry, who was sympathetic to our ideas, resulting in great plans! We've had loads of compliments on our extension which is such a versatile space now and has added value to our house! Thank you!

Very pleasant and straightforward to work with, and good design ideas.

Many thanks for your prompt and efficient service. Initial drawings received within one week. Thank you.
